From the on-site inspection with quoting from Jamie-Lee and the transparency with the accounts team with Yvonne you could see this company clearly knew what they were doing. Little did I know the best was yet to come. The installation team arrived with Alex and Nathan. Turned up on time. They were awesome! They put our shutters up in no time. Sealed everything and did a little extra fixing a broken shutter on an existing item when they did not have to. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home nice and tidy after their work. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price and quality of the outdoor blinds installed around my deck. Jamie Lee was a pleasure to deal with and her level of knowledge of what I required was above expectations. At no stage did I feel pressured to make a decision, Jamie Lee was just very professional and helpful. Alex and Nathan turned up to install and have done a sensational job. The were challenges they faced due to some difficult angles but they worked through solutions and the result is perfect. Allcoast installed 3 motorised awning/blind units to our Alfresco and Verandah. We went to 3 companies for quotes and Allcoast were the lowest price but also offered the best options and guidance with selections of colours and had more expertise. Jamie Lee the salesperson was very patient and explained things well which other salespeople did not do. The awnings were installed by Alex very neatly and efficiently and operate very well. Initially we thought the price was expensive however, it was the lowest and by far the product we bought was best value for money. High quality parts and matériels. All communication was courteous and timely. Order and Installation was on time no delays.
